We collect your name, email address, credit card details and physical address, which are used to fulfil your order. We retain your name, address and email address in a secure area of our system, stored locally, to make your next order easier. The Green Bakery does not retain credit card details.
We will not sell, trade or rent your information to anyone.

Custom cakes
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your date and booking. The remaining 50% is due 5 days before the date of your order. Production will only commence after a deposit has been received.
Once your payment has been received, we will confirm via email that your date and booking has been secured.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, this is to be done at least seven (7) days before your booking. If cancellation/rescheduling occurs after your order has commenced production (seven (7) days prior), you will be required to forfeit your deposit. If cancellation of your order is to happen, we will honour your deposit/payment as a credit voucher; this can be used within a fairly generous period of eighteen (18) months.
Cake payments can be utilised for any change in style and/or design of your cake, if you wish. However, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price, if any.
Your order can either be delivered to your chosen/appropriate location or be picked up which will be confirmed with you upon order confirmation.
